Because I want you to enjoy our products at their best, we only ship in coolers with refrigerant packs. The refrigerant pack may or may not arrive frozen. Whether frozen or liquid, it's been doing its job of keeping the product at its peak. I recommend the meats be consumed or immediately refrigerated upon receipt.
If your Boneless Lechon Belly product are soft when they arrive, refrigeration should help them become firm again.
